Refund Policy

At Harvest Music Studio, we endeavor for every student and family to have a positive experience with our music education programs.

Refund policies vary by program or service and are provided at the time of enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated, completed lessons and delivered services are non-refundable.

1. Lesson Tuition

Tuition payments are generally non-refundable because your payment is used to reserve your lesson appointment. As a result, other prospective clients may be deferred or declined in order to protect your pre-paid lesson appointments.

HMS has adopted a Fair Cancellation Policy (enumerated within the HMS Studio Policy) which offers reasonable protections for both clients and HMS operations with regard to occasional, unforeseen scheduling concerns that are communicated in a timely manner, as defined therein.

Prospective clients are provided with a copy of our Studio Policy prior to enrollment and after an initial no-cost/no-obligation virtual consultation. To request an enrollment consultation, please fill our our contact form.

2. Special Circumstances

Exceptions may be made for unforeseen events (e.g., extended illness, emergencies).
Determinations regarding any adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
HMS clients enrolled in private lessons have direct access to their instructor by phone and/or email for ongoing communication.

3. Digital Products

Sales of digital products such as sheet music PDFs and self-paced video courses are considered final upon completion of the online checkout process. If you have difficulty accessing your digital product, please use the contact form on this website to request assistance in accessing the materials that you have purchased.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are digitally processed securely through trusted providers.
Refunds, if approved, will be returned via the same payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
